About The Event
Join textile artist, Kate Theriault of Cedars & Sage, for an evening of meditative stitching as we explore the history of this art practice and the necessity of it’s revival in today’s world.
This class will cover stitching techniques, including darning, and how to transfer a design of your choice on to your garment. Participants will be invited to bring a well-loved garment in need of repair to work on, or may work from samples provided. Recommended for ages 12 and up. All materials other than a well-loved garment will be provided. All are welcome, no experience required.
Light refreshments will be served to fuel your creativity.Â
Our host venue is the light and inspiring space of  Noodle Gallery
