About The Event
Can you imagine knowing and having the written story behind a great grandmother’s tea set, or an 18th century French wind-up wall clock, or a set of lead miniature toy soldiers, or even a worn out sock doll. Writing coach Nora Zylstra-Savage will guide
this 3-hour writing workshop where you will explore the story behind your personal memorabilia, keepsake or significant object. Who owned them, where did they get them, what are they used for, of what value were they to the owner, how did you end up with them?
In this workshop you will look at the history of your precious object and why it’s still important to you today. These personal items have stories to tell and share with the generations to come!
We will provide tea, coffee and light snack, but please pack a lunch.
